Registration Manager
Dataflow Events is a full service event registration and support agency, offering delegate management services for conferences, exhibitions and other events.
An opportunity has become available within our busy events team for a Registration Manager.
This role is core to our events business, and is an excellent opportunity to develop your project management and client liaison skills while working with some of the UK\'s biggest brands. Reporting to the Head of Events, you will manage clients both by pro-actively understanding their requirements and by having a hands-on role in delivering projects for them. Responsibilities will include;
- Taking event briefs and suggesting solutions
- Managing the set-up of the registration process and liaising with web developers to build event registration web sites
- Producing delegate reports to client requirements
- Producing email, post and fax templates and merging with data
- Managing data imports and exports
- On site support, responding to clients' data needs at the event
The successful candidate will be a technically minded, hands on person with strong communication skills and previous exposure to setting up databases. Excellent attention to detail is also a requirement.
